Jake and Jared made sure to explain everything they were going to do, they laid out drop cloths to protect the carpet and when they were done they picked everything up and even vacuumed for me. During installation they double checked where I wanted things installed. They were professional in their manner as well as the fabulous job they did installing my new shower. I would encourage anyone thinking of redoing their shower to give them a call.

Jake, Ace & Jimmy did a great job replacing my old tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower with a chair and grab bars. They covered everything with drop cloths and cleaned up their mess completely when they were done. They explained the lifetime warranty, how to operate the water handle and shower head as well as the cleaning of the shower in full. We're very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of all of them. We would definitely recommend Bath Works for your bathroom upgrade.

As an engineer, I have worked on many projects. Brandon and Joe are among the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. On time, very helpful with recommendations and excellent at cleaning up. The job was completed as promised and it looks great.

The Bathworks team was spectacular. From Jeff's in-home presentation to Koby and Jordan's installation, the whole experience was second to none. The guys come in this morning at the expected time they said they would they started right away and by 3:00 p.m. this afternoon they were done they were very professional they worked well together I was very impressed with three of them they were young and at first I wasn't so sure but by the time the day was over they had done an absolutely excellent job they had a lot of respect for each other and just work non-stop from the time they got here until this afternoon I have high regards for each one of them and I already love to looks of my bathroom it's exciting to get new stuff and have it done right

Bath Works has been an amazing company to work with from start to finish. The communication was great and every aspect of the project went smoothly. The installers, Damon and Devin, were stellar!! They were informative, polite, thorough, and did an excellent install.

Salesman explained everything. Wonderful (and funny) Jenny would keep me up to date on things. The two gentlemen were here at 9 am and cleaned up and gone a little after 3:30pm. They were a joy to work with and did an incredible job. Turned out even better than i imagined. Made sure things were tarped off to protect my floors and carpeting they walked on. Left my bathroom probably cleaner when when they came. It was a pleasure working with everyone I came into contact with.

I had Jason and Will taking care of installing my new shower. I cannot find the words for the great work they did...took no breaks, just kept working. Went out of there way to put my shower head on the other side so I could reach in and warm the water before stepping in, as my door only slides from one side. LOVE my new shower !!

They called when they said they would. Showed up when they said they would. Finished in a day. Exceptional work competency and great people. I would highly recommend them any time.

Just replaced my OLD bathtub with a new walk-in shower. BathWorks did a fantastic job, it looks great. I would suggest you visit their showroom before you make a final decision. I walked in a changed my mind after seeing a beautiful large grey sub-tile. Crew did a great job. Highly recommend.

The installation team was highly efficient, courteous, and professional. Clean-up at the end of the process was very through, and they went to great lengths to be sure I knew how to properly clean the shower.

BathWorks did an OUTSTANDING job converting my tub/shower into a walk-in yesterday. Great communication throughout the entire process - from my initial consultation with Bryce, confirmation of my pulled permit from Kait, installation by Brayden and Aadon (correct spelling!), to the office person who answered my additional questions about covering the floor and furniture (very sorry, I forgot her name!). It was not inexpensive by any means but it was/is definitely quality. And as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." So I got an outstanding product completed by two outstanding young men in one single day (actually, more like about six hours!). Even the inspector said this company does quality work. Highly recommend!

Easy process from sales to install. The installation crew of Alex, Cameron and Kyle arrived about 9am after a call that they were on their way. They got right to it, covering all flooring with tarps. Jumped into the demolition and on to the installation. They consulted us on the final position of grab bars and shelves and kept on installing. They were done about 2:30 pm. The work looks anazing. We are very, very happy with the finished product. You can depend on BathWorks and Jacuzzi.

The team is awesome. We had good communication from start to finish. Everything was explained and as I monitored the progress it was evident they knew what they were doing. Brayden is professional, respectful and worked hard from start to finish. The same goes for the young man helping - sorry I forgot his name - and he worked hard. Everything was cleaned up as they worked, and afterwords I think our home was cleaner than when they started.

From the sales rep, customer service in the office, as well as the installers; Jason and Cameron we have had nothing but positive interactions. Justin was here on time. The shower looks great. But I had to have them back because when I used the shower it was leaking water into my basement. They fixed the leak right away. They also had to replace one of the panels. I appreciate that the repairs were done in a very timely manner. Thank you.
